The only reason I really like it? The first time I ever listened to The Ticket, ever, when I was visiting Dallas in Dec. ‘07, when my friend turned it on at 3 o’clock and, just like he had said for months trying to build up the station to be epic greatness, gave a quick “This is some good s*%^ man.” And what do I hear? A group of chipmunks. I didn’t know the personalities, so I had no idea who was who, all I could make out was one chipmunk sounded like he had smoked a pack of Kools a day for 35 years, and another that sounded like it was cracked out (corbett). They joked about this sort of situation here, but it was definitely the case with me ha ha. It’s like the worst bit in the world but holds some sentimental value for me lol.
