Ahh, it seems like the 90’s are back again. First it was Jason Garrett’s return. And then earlier this month Hudson Houck returned. And now the great Dave Campo is back?!
Fuck yeah, dudes & dudettes….this is good. Our secondary will be much improved and the crew is back together again.
Welcome back, Campo!

My God! That’s genius. This little ditty immediately popped in my head:
Welcome back,
Your dreams were your ticket out.
Welcome back,
To that same old place that you laughed about.
Well the names have all changed since you hung around,
But those dreams have remained and they’re turned around.
Who’d have thought they’d lead ya (Who’d have thought they’d lead ya)
Here where we need ya (Here where we need ya)
Yeah we tease him a lot cause we’ve hot him on the spot, welcome back,
Welcome back, welcome back, welcome back.

Welcome back
to that same old place that you’ve coached at
well the names have all changed since you’ve stunk it up
but those dreams are the same since you’ve been run out
who’d have thought they’d hire ya (who’d have thought they’d hire ya)
right here where they fire’d ya (right here where they fire’d ya)
Ticket teased you a lot cause you really kinda sucked, welcome back,
you’re not black, welcome back, grow a sack.

Kinda harsh, Doanwanna! I wanted to cry when Campo got fired. I mean, yes, we had three back-to-back 5-11 seasons. And yes, Campo was easy and sweet all the same, however…I’m glad he’s back (and I’m sure he’ll grow a sack).
