Officer Foster - Rich Phillips

Rich Phillips was an unfortunate victim of grand theft auto. They found it right by his house in a vacant house and they tried to strip it down. Thank goodness for most criminals being dumbasses.

Office Foster questions Dick about the truck and personal items and the surprising funny mark of the questioning was Rich’s response to one of Officer Foster’s questions about making love in his truck. Officer Foster concludes the criminal who stole the truck is on the Musers.
